TAPTAP Records is a brand of Strommar LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. Strommar LLC is the controller responsible for your personal data.

2. Our representative in the European Union
Because we offer our services to artists in the European Union, Strommar LLC has a representative in the EU under Article 27 of the GDPR. You can reach them at info@taptap-records.com.
3. What data we collect
- Application form: full name, email, Instagram profile, Spotify profile (optional), the plan you choose, your message (optional), your language and the consents you give.
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), city, country and your message.
- Where you came from: if you arrive from an ad or a link, the campaign parameters (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), the ad click identifier, the page where you landed and the referring website.
- Cookies and analytics, only if you accept them: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address (see our Cookie Policy).
- Chat: if you write to us through the website chat, the messages and the details you share there.
- Technical data our hosting provider records to keep the website secure, such as your IP address.
4. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To review your application and reply to you, and to answer your contact requests: steps taken at your request before any contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To send you news and commercial information about TAPTAP: only if you tick that box (consent, Art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
- To measure visits and the results of our advertising: only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies (consent, Art. 6.1.a).
- To keep the website and our forms secure and prevent abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
5. Who receives your data
We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the website and our service, under agreements that oblige them to protect it:
- Netlify: website hosting and processing of the forms.
- Google: storage of applications and contact requests in Google Sheets and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.
- Brevo: confirmation and information emails, contact management and the website chat.
- Telegram: internal notification so our team sees each new application.
- Meta Platforms: only with your marketing consent, the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure our ads. Your email is sent encrypted (hashed), never in plain text.
- Strömmar: the technology platform behind TAPTAP, once you join.
6. International transfers
Strommar LLC and some of these providers are based in the United States or outside the European Economic Area. When your data leaves the EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Applications and contact requests: up to 24 months from our last interaction. If you join TAPTAP, for as long as your account is active and then for the periods the law requires.
- News and commercial information: until you withdraw your consent.
- Cookies: for the periods set out in our Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@taptap-records.com.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk as low as possible.
10. Minors
If you are under 16, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian before sending us your data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish any change on this page with a new date.
